Filter Integrity Tester HTY-FT223

FT223 is designed for inspecting the integrity of all kinds of absolute rated filters, such as pleated filter cartridge, capsule filter and syringe filters etc.

It has variety of standard functions, including forward flow test, bubble point test, water intrusiontest, pressure hold test and automat- ic self-test.

Developed in accordance with GAMP guidelines, and offering full compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, Audit Trails and CSV (Computerized System Verification) requirements. TAILIN provides the complete validation protocols for the FT223 including lQ, OQ and PQ. 

The HTY-FT223 is equipped with four two-way solenoid valves to ensure the gas control; Two high-precision pressure sensors and proportional valve to form the closed-loop control, so as to use pressure or pressure difference to calculate accurate values.
