Biosafety isolators provide a high level of protection for products, personnel, and the environment, shielding individuals and the surroundings from exposure to potentially infectious aerosols while protecting products from external environmental contamination. The isolator can integrate various equipment such as nucleic acid extractors, PCR thermal cyclers, and centrifuges. It is used for work involving infectious materials such as recombinant DNA molecules, organisms containing recombinant DNA, dangerous pathogens, orother unknown pathogens. This includes operations like virus cultivation, viral nucleic acid extraction, and testing of highly pathogenic microorganisms, providing a sterile and safe environment for these procedures.
The entire equipment consists of a transfer chamber, an operation chamber, and other functional modules, which can becustomized according to requirements.
Operations within the isolator internal environment are unaffected by external airflow.
Dry sterilization technology: Vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VH2O2) sterilization, full-process dehumidification, no condensation.
VH2O2 concentration control technology: Dynamic control, real-time feedback and concentration adjustment based on saturation to avoid sterilization failure or hydrogen peroxide condensation.
Complies with the relevant regulations and standards of countries and regions such as China, the EU, and the USA.
