Germ-free Pig Isolator
Provides a comprehensive isolation equipment solution for the production of germ-free miniature pigs, including hysterectomy units, sterile transfer systems, and germ-free rearing isolators. The entire workflow strictly controls exposure risks to maintain sterility, offering an efficient and convenient operational process alongside a secure, sterile isolation environment.
The hysterectomy unit is equipped with a trough transfer channel and double-sided flat sealed doors, facilitating transfer and operation while ensuring no dead zones for sterilization.
The transfer trolley utilizes sterile docking to ensure the entire transfer process of animals and materials is protected from external environmental contamination.
The waste removal process ensures no cross-contamination between the inside and the outside, safeguarding the safety of the internal environment.
Inlet and exhaust air are equipped with H14 HEPA filters(99.995%MPPS efficiency per EN1822).
The front face adopts an ergonomic tilted design for ease of operation.
Front operating side features viewing windows with gloves and active inflatable sealing to ensure a stable sterile environment.
The chamber interior is a rigid integrated welded structure with a smooth surface and rounded corners, free of burrs, sharp edges, cleaning dead zones, or contamination blind spots. The leakage rate is less than 0.5%Vol/hr at 2 times the working pressure.
Reserved VH2O2 interfaces for external vaporized hydrogen peroxide generators or optional built-in integrated VH2O2 systems.
Can monitor pressure differentials, temperature, humidity, and ammonia concentration within the chamber environment.
Built-in lighting system for convenient operation and daily use.
