Germ-free Mouse Isolator
Germ-free mouse isolators are primarily used for sterile operations and rearing of mice and rats. Utilizing an intelligent control system with built-in automated management programs, they feature multiple expansion ports and applications with powerful functionality. We provide complete equipment solutions for surgical experiments, sterile rearing, and sterile transfer. The entire workflow strictly controls exposure risks to maintain sterility, providing an efficient and convenient operational process along with a secure, sterile isolation environment.
The transfer trolley utilizes sterile docking to ensure the entire transfer process of animals and materials is protected from external environmental contamination.
Inlet and exhaust air are equipped with H14 HEPA filters(99.995%MPPS efficiency per EN1822).
The front face adopts an ergonomic tilted design for ease of operation.
Front operating side features viewing windows with gloves and active inflatable sealing to ensure a stable sterile environment.
The chamber interior is a rigid integrated welded structure with a smooth surface and rounded corners, free of burrs, sharp edges, cleaning dead zones, or contamination blind spots. The leakage rate is less than 0.5%Vol/hr at 2 times the working pressure.
Reserved VH2O2 interfaces for external vaporized hydrogen peroxide generators or optional built-in integrated VH2O2 systems.
