Scaling Strategic Innovation: Tailin Breaks Ground on Advanced Materials & High-Performance Membrane Facility. This strategic facility integrates R&D, production, and validation to enhance industrial autonomy.
HANGZHOU, Dec 17, 2025 – Zhejiang Tailin New Material Co., Ltd. officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for its new High-Performance Filter and Functional Membrane Industrialization Project. This milestone marks a significant leap in Tailin’s strategic expansion into the high-end materials sector.
During the ceremony, Mr. Ye Dalin, Chairman of Tailin, highlighted the project’s strategic importance: “This facility is the culmination of our technical expertise and a firm commitment to industrial autonomy. Guided by our long-term strategic plan, we will deeply integrate into the regional supply chain, fostering a collaborative innovation ecosystem with upstream and downstream partners to drive high-tech industrial clustering.”
Mr. Shen Zhilin, Vice President of Tailin, detailed the project’s roadmap. The new base will be a modern hub integrating R&D, manufacturing, validation, and sales. “Our goal is to significantly enhance mass production capacity, quality standardization, and customer service,” stated Mr. Shen. “By leveraging international innovation resources and building a global talent platform, we aim to empower our team to work at the forefront of science, ultimately bringing China’s advanced membrane technology to the global stage.”
The new facility will allow Tailin to build a complete closed-loop—from core technology to terminal products. This expansion not only strengthens the company’s core competitiveness but also contributes to the high-quality transformation of the regional manufacturing landscape.
The ceremony concluded with the traditional groundbreaking as leaders and guests broke ground together, signaling the official start of construction. Moving forward, Tailin will accelerate the project’s development to achieve early production, continuing its mission: “Serving Human Health, Benefiting the World.”
