High-efficiency VH₂O₂ generator featuring Flash Vaporization Technology and real-time process monitoring

The VH2O2-Basic-S Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Generator adopts Tailin’s new-generation High-Efficiency Flash Vaporization Technology. Its liquid-electric separation design and 3D spiral heating structure ensure stable heat transfer, safe operation, and long-term scale-resistant performance. An external integrated sensor provides real-time monitoring of hydrogen peroxide concentration, temperature, and humidity throughout the decontami-
nation process.

Decontamination parameters are automatically saved for reuse. Process data, including temperature, humidity, and hydrogen peroxide concentration, are recorded in real time with online trend curves available. After decontamination, the data can be printed or exported.

Features

  • Control Method: The main unit is configured as an Advantech industrial computer running a genuine Windows 10 operating system, with the SCADA software being NetCA-DA 5.0, which features electronic signature and audit trail capabilities.
  • Solution Dosage: Real-time monitoring of hydrogen peroxide solution level in the reservoir determines whether the required sterilization dosage is met; an alarm is triggered if insufficient. Utilizing Tailin’s advanced control algorithm, the total solution usage error remains ≤2%, ensuring high accuracy.
  • Turbulent Flow Diffusion: The device features six evenly distributed exhaust ports on the top, equipped with an integrated high-speed turbulent fan to ensure faster and more uniform dispersion of disinfectant gas. The operation interface allows independent control of both left and right fans, adapting to complex sterilization environments and preventing direct gas spray onto powder-coated steel panels when installed in narrow corridors, thereby reducing corrosion risks.
  • 3D Circulation Airflow: The integrated circulation fan at the device’s base delivers vertical airflow, addressing low air concentration at the bottom of cleanrooms.
  • Real-time Monitoring Function: The device can be connected to an integrated sensor for temperature, humidity, and hydrogen peroxide concentration, enabling accurate online monitoring of hydrogen peroxide concentration, temperature, and humidity values during the decontamination process.
