VH2O2-Basic-S
The VH2O2-Basic-S Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Generator adopts Tailin’s new-generation High-Efficiency Flash Vaporization Technology. Its liquid-electric separation design and 3D spiral heating structure ensure stable heat transfer, safe operation, and long-term scale-resistant performance. An external integrated sensor provides real-time monitoring of hydrogen peroxide concentration, temperature, and humidity throughout the decontami-
nation process.
Decontamination parameters are automatically saved for reuse. Process data, including temperature, humidity, and hydrogen peroxide concentration, are recorded in real time with online trend curves available. After decontamination, the data can be printed or exported.

| Outline Dimension: 610mm×540mm×1200mm(L×W×H) | Weight: 81kg |
| Power Supply: 220V±22V, 50Hz±1Hz | Power: 1800W |
| Decontamination Volume: 500m³ | Reservoir Capacity: 5L |
| Injection Rate: 0.1-15g/min adjustable | Sterilizing Agent: 30–35% reagent-grade hydrogen peroxide solution (without stabilizer) |
| Casters: >7cm | Control Authority: Features standard three-level permission roles for operators, process engineers, and administrators |
| Sterilization Effect: The applicable biological indicator achieved a ≥6-log reduction in spore count | Monitoring Parameters: Time, Temperature, Relative Humidity, Hydrogen Peroxide Concentration, Solution Consumption |
| Control Method: An industrial tablet computer is employed as the operating screen for fully automated control, with the program automatically executing stages such as preheating, adjustment, sterilization, and residue removal | Post-disinfection Treatment Methods: The degradation is achieved through the combined action of the sterilizer, the degradation module of the diffusion degrader (optional), and the external air conditioning unit in the sterilization chamber, until the residual concentration meets the national standard requirement of below 1 ppm |
| Safety: 1. The control system is resistant to interference from handheld radio devices and mobile phone signals within a 1-meter radius around the device. 2. In case of failures in public power infrastructure (e.g., electrical systems), all circuits and components of the device will cease operation |
It can be connected via pipelines for the sterilization of isolators, biosafety cabinets, BIBO units, and other enclosed chambers. Additionally, it is suitable for sterilizing cleanrooms, biosafety laboratories, hospitals, etc.
