Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Generator

Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Generator (VHP Generator) HTY-V350 adopts high-speed airflow and flash vaporization technology to vaporize a 35% hydrogen peroxide solution into hydrogen peroxide steam. Through the pipeline or nozzle, the system delivers hydrogen peroxide into the confined space to achieve rapid vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization (VHP sterilization).

The vaporized hydrogen peroxide molecules contain a large number of hydroxyl radicals, which can kill microorganisms by attacking molecules on cell membranes and biologically active components such as DNA inside cells. This advanced VH2O2 generator system ensures a highly efficient and repeatable VH2O2 sterilization process, making it ideal for pharmaceutical and laboratory environments.

Features

  • Adopting the latest generation of flash vaporization module, the vaporization efficiency is 2 times higher than the previous generation, and more space can be processed.

 

  • Integrated hydrogen peroxide concentration, humidity and temperature sensors can be connected for accurate online monitoring of hydrogen peroxide concentration, temperature and humidity during the decontamination. Up to 7 years of service life, with calibration certificates and calibration services traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

 

  • Equipped with a printer for real-time printing of data during operation. The control system has 3 levels of authority: operators, supervisors and administrators, only authorized personnel can set parameters and other related operations, complying with GMP requirements.

 

  • With four air outlets, fan-assisted diffusion, and 360°coverage of Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide gas, the peroxide gas is uniformly distributed.

 

  • Material compatibility testing and on-site IQ, OQ and sterilization process development are available in advance.
