All Solutions
CPHI Milan 2026, held in Italy from October 6 to 8, has successfully concluded. As a returning exhibitor at CPHI Europe, Tailin presented an integrated approach to Contamination Control Strategy (CCS), aligned with the principles of EU GMP Annex 1.
From aseptic protection and microbial testing to process monitoring, filter integrity testing and filtration membranes, Tailin demonstrated an integrated portfolio connecting equipment, consumables and verification for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
With the implementation of the revised EU GMP Annex 1, contamination control increasingly requires a lifecycle approach covering design, validation, operation, monitoring and requalification. At CPHI Milan, Tailin showcased solutions across key stages of pharmaceutical processes, bringing equipment, consumables and testing technologies into a unified contamination control framework.
Tailin presented its Sterility Test Isolator and vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VH₂O₂) generators for aseptic protection and biodecontamination. Biological indicators support the evaluation of sterilization processes, including VH₂O₂, ethylene oxide (EO) and moist heat. The upgraded GIT-WLAN03 Glove Integrity Tester features temperature monitoring to enhance monitoring and data recording for glove integrity testing.
The upgraded HTY-303S Microbial Limit Testing System features efficient filtration and a compact design. The DL01 Benchtop Liquid Filling Machine, paired with the DCSmart Roller Crimper, provides flexible filling and sealing solutions for laboratory and small-scale aseptic applications. Tailin’s Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzers also support monitoring of pharmaceutical water systems.
The FT100 Automatic Filter Integrity Tester supports integrity testing of sterilizing-grade filters. Electronic records and audit trails help ensure test results are traceable and support data integrity throughout the filtration process.
Tailin also presented its independently developed high-performance filtration membranes alongside its core equipment portfolio, extending its solutions to key consumables used in pharmaceutical filtration.
Throughout the exhibition, Tailin’s international team engaged with visitors on practical challenges, including isolator configuration, biodecontamination cycles, microbial limit testing efficiency, filter integrity testing and membrane selection.
CPHI Milan 2026 provided another opportunity for Tailin to exchange technical insights with the global pharmaceutical industry. Moving forward, Tailin will continue to develop integrated solutions combining equipment, consumables and verification to support contamination control and high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing.
